Independent Onsite Quality Control 

This is where many an importer has come unstuck - the sample products were of perfect specification, condition and quality; however, the bulk production run is a different story completely. When you open the shipping container - you might find:

• Non specified materials

• Lower quality finish

• Substandard packaging

• Completely different product than what was ordered

• Not working 

• Damaged

• Incorrect labeling

• Poor packaging for shipment resulting in breakage

There have been many sleepless nights caused by insufficient checks prior to the balance payment to the factory. It is significantly easier to have an issue with your product fixed or replaced before you pay them. Often warranty returns are required before the item is replaced - this is a major issue due to the time and costs required to return goods thousands of kilometres away by sea or air.

We will develop a full Quality Control Protocol (list of things to check, to determine product is to full ordered specification). Upon completion of the manufacture run, China Direct staff will travel to the factory and randomly test the required percentage of product, photograph all components and finishes. The Quality Protocol checklists and photos will be sent to you, so that you can approve the shipment for release and payment.
